Cintia holds an impressive array of degrees, including a law degree and a bachelor's and master's in social work. She specializes in vocational counseling and exercising rights and is currently studying CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy).
After joining the EFRAT team, Cintia established the Growing Mother department, which provides support and guidance to mothers returning or entering the workforce after maternity leave. The department assists new mothers by providing partial childcare subsidies, advocacy, and employment counseling and advisement.
