Chagai, a proud father of 6 and grandfather of 3, has been CEO of EFRAT since 1999.

He is an alumnus of the illustrious Kerem BeYavne Yeshiva and a certified family mediation practitioner. Chagai earned his teaching degree from Hemdat Hadarom Academic College of Education and received rabbinic ordination from the Israeli Rabbinate.

Chagai draws on extensive experience in his position as CEO, as he was previously the director of various academic institutions, a Rothschild Foundation shaliach in Kharkov, Ukraine, and Founder and CEO of Connect Israel.
